Meet your elected and all volunteer board of directors

Cindy has been on the board for 8 years. She became president in 2023 when the previous president retired. Cindy greatly admires Bent Tree's remarkable community. Cindy is the owner of Baardmoor Insurance, specializing in health insurance.

Shawn has been on the board since 2023. In 2023, he served as the secretary before being nominated for vice-president in 2024. Shawn is an aerospace project manager supporting human space flight and guidance & navigation system projects, with a focus on supply chain. He has a passion for leading teams and creating a winning culture.

April has been on the board since 2015. She assumed responsibility of treasurer in 2016 and has been the treasurer since.

John has lived in Bent Tree for 18 years and joined the board in 2022. John is retired and enjoys meeting neighbors while he strolls through the neighborhood with his rescue pup. John volunteers some of his time to keep the clubhouse and pool bathrooms clean.

Debbie has lived in Bent Tree for 7 years and joined the board 5 years ago. Debbie admits that being on the board can be challenging, but is very rewarding. Debbie  works in real estate as a realtor and is currently working towards becoming a certified residential appraiser.
