The current monthly dues for 2024 are $40.95. These may be paid as a monthly payment or a one time lump sum payment for the year.
All exterior paint shall be Sherwin Williams 7722 Travertine and White and follow application patterns, be clean, no peeling or fading, no brown on stucco/masonry. Doors shall be solid white (no whitewashing) or brown.
Any permanent modifications (additions, poured concrete patios, driveway modifications, etc.) must have prior approval from the board. Please complete an Architectural Change Request form and submit to the board. This form may be found on the Forms & Documents page.
Fences are not allowed in our community. We do allow 2 privacy panels to be installed as long as they are even with the side of your unit. They must be white vinyl.
